Male Style Icons

As a follow up to my last post, I wanted to list a dozen men who I think have great style.

Ryan Gosling - Whether he is dressed up at a red carpet event or dressed casually to walk his dog, this actor always looks good.

John Legend - Not only do I like his music, but I also really like his style. Having a model fiancee like Chrissy Teigen probably helps his sense of fashion a little.

Michael Bastian - Is it cheating to include a designer in this list? Many designers stick to basic, simple looks for themselves, but Michael stands out as a designer with great individual style. Whether he’s dressed up or wearing casual clothes, it’s not hard to see why his line as well as his line for Gant are so successful.

Johnny Depp - His look makes it seem like he just rolled out of bed and threw on a hat and some glasses as well as whatever clothes were out, but he ends up looking very stylish. I like that he keeps his clothes rather simple but plays up his accessories.

Joshua Jackson - I think it may be his girlfriend’s influence (I included Diane Kruger in my list of female style icons), but I’ve noticed how well put together this actor looks.

Johannes Huebl - Again, in this case, it’s probably his girlfriend’s influence (and Olivia Palermo is also on my list of female style icons), but Johannes always looks impeccable.

David Beckham - I love that he looks as comfortable in a designer suit as he does in his soccer gear.

David Gandy - This model’s secret to looking good is wearing well-tailored clothes and nice shoes.

Jude Law - This actor is always sharply dressed.

Ed Westwick - I could probably include the entire cast of Gossip Girl, but I’ll limit it to just 3 actors. On the show, Ed’s character’s style is my favorite, and he has excellent sense of fashion in real life too.
