Blu Moon Dresses
I really like the dresses made by LA brand Blu Moon and have a couple short ones and one long floral one. They’re easy to wear casually to the beach or to dress up at night. They’re also very light weight and convenient for travel (the ones I have are 100% rayon, but some are silk). They’re great for summer, but you can throw a sweater over the long dresses or tights under the short ones and wear them when it’s a bit colder too. My favorite part is the back, as you can see in the photos below, because it’s so unexpected. On sale, you can get many styles for $50-100; otherwise, they’re typically $150-300. Planet Blue, ShopBop, and Piperlime sell them and often have good sales. The sizes 1, 2, 3 correspond to S, M, L.
